I went off line for about an hour (Matthew called and is staying in the nearby city tonight at his friend's home, so I didn't have to leave to get him afterall)... but when I came back on to check the newsgroup there are only 11 messages, and they are ALL from September 30th. :o/ I think I'll wander off to bed now and let the computer gnomes have their playtime... hopefully everything will be set right tomorrow! ;o)
