Bone Cancer/OT

I am so sorry if I haven't keep in touch as much as I should. My energy level never regained. I had my CA 27.29 blood test for my breast cancer. It was elevated and I thought the pain in my hip was because maybe I needed a new hip. My CA level was above normal. I had a gut feeling something wasn't right. My oncologist sent me to get a bone scan. The cancer has spread to the bone. I have a tumor on the hip bone. I have to be careful not to fall until I get a doses of radiation. As it stands now this has me I stage 4 but I will fight as much as I can. Pami

Pami, I am sooooo sorry to hear this. I'll say a prayer that the radiation will kill that tumor on your hip. Take good care of your self and be strong. You mental attitude is so important. You can beat this.

Hugs,

Leslie

(((((((((Pami)))))))))) While that is news none of us want to hear, much less yourself, it doesn't define who you are! You are Pami, Living with cancer. The emphasis is on 'Pami living.' My aunt has been living with 'stage 4' breast cancer for 3 years now! She finds her strength in God's Word, eats sensibly and drinks lots of green tea. :) We laugh on the phone and discuss our hearts and rejoice in whatever comes. Live today, Pami! It's what we all need to do, regardless of the difficulties we may be facing. You are not alone!

{{{{Pami}}}} I've thought of you often, wondering how things were going. Was hoping that your not posting on the newsgroup was because you were using your new health and energy in activities that kept you too busy to be on the computer.

Prayers, healing vibes, and crossed fingers that this new hurdle will soon be past.

Fight Pami . . . . your new diagnosis may sound bad but remember that you have today, and while there is life there is hope and love and laughter and joy and so much more. I have come to believe that we all have the same future expectation - we hope we will wake in the morning. I will be hoping that your current treatments will bring you many many more mornings full of sunshine and joy.

Know that you are remembered often here in Oz and that good vibes continue to stream your way

Pami, we're all behind you in your fight! I wish we could be there to hug you, cry or laugh with you, or even to sit quietly with you if that's what you need. But since we can't, I hope all the virtual hugs, prayers, and good thoughts you're getting will help you through this.
