We're working on that....

Here are what is currently at the top of the list:

Mykala (Ryan picked it -- cuz it looks like its mama -- Kayla -- but it's "My Kayla") Sassy Savannah (Savvy) Sasha Sugar

So -- now to start trying to decide. But I might want to wait and see her again -- get a feel for her personality... but she sure is a cutie pie!

You're right to wait. Yogi came with a very dignified name. We realized very quickly that he was right short of dignity. That is just such a beautiful puppy. You are going to enjoy that sweet baby soooo much. Polly

That is so right! We were going to call a kitten Aslan (as in the Lion, the witch and the Wardrobe, because he looked so regal as a six-month old). However when we got home from the breeder's, he launched himself into the house and bounced around as if he owned it! So, there could be no other name for him than Tigger!

I love Ryan's idea - and she could always be called Mickie for short. But I also like Sasha. . In message , Polly Esther writes

Is there anything more adorable than a puppy sleeping in someone's arms? She's adorable, Kate!

Oh gosh Kate, she sure is a cutey! I had a giggle about the picture of her sleeping on her back. Have you decided on a name for her yet?

I agree too! We were going to call Maggie Belle, "Edeme" because of her coloring and regal good looks. But she's a complete goofball. After she climbed up the back of all the chairs and (as we were painting the bedroom at the time) at mattress leaning against the wall, she became Maggie Belle.
