Xmas Snowballs (and pix!)

I'm in a finishing mood here! And while binding is not my favorite part of quilting, it is necessary.

The pattern is Frost on the Windowpane from SIMPLE SEASONS by Kim Diehl. I enlarged the quilt to make it fit a double bed and used golds rather than white for the center blocks.

I've always wanted a holiday quilt, but didn't want 'ho ho' if you know what I mean. When I saw this pattern, I knew it was exactly what I'd been looking for!

Wow! I love it! Judy from Mass

Howdy!

That's really pretty, Joan. Looks like someone has already thrown one of the snowballs (see the red patch background ). So, what's the back look like on that one?

R/Sandy

Thank you, Joan. I had never seen snowballs except those that were of an 'I Spy' production. That's really good-looking. Polly

The back is a brushed woven fabric with a medium olive background and gold horizontal and vertical lines. joan

Wow! I like that one. Keep the pictures coming - I have some time off work coming, and I need the encouragement to get some of my own done.
