MY DH and I celebrated our 14th wedding anniversary last night! We have been together for almost 20 years altogether. We didn't go anywhere, I just cooked a nice dinner for him. I prepared some Ribeye steaks and fried some potatoes, and veggies. It is one of his favorite meals. While I was cooking dinner, he came home from work with a bouquet of a dozen red and white roses! He tried to be sneaky and scare me by waving them in front of my face while I was at the stove..LOL He can be silly at times! Getting flowers for me is very unusual of him to do, so imagine my surprise!! I think he knew I was feeling kind of down the last couple of days, because of the 3 year anniversary of my moms passing on the 11th of October. So YES those roses sure brightened my day, and how did I thank him?
* * * *- I fell asleep in the recliner watching tv and I woke up at 12:30am, and he was already in bed asleep! LOL Is the Honeymoon OVER or what? LOL
