Target has had a limited supply of scrapbook supplies in their school/office supply section for quite a while. Since they don't really have a craft section, I expect that it will always be a very limited selection though. S

Not all Targets have scrapbook supplies. My Target doesn't have any except for some double stick tape in the office supplies department.

Good find Lynne! My target has some scrapbook supplies too. The carry some Jolee's, adhesives, and some other things. It changes all the time and is limited to maybe 1/3 of disply aisle.
