ot: Thumb/wrist update

Hi

Well it's now two weeks since surgery and still dealing with lots of restrictions which are really getting to me. Physiotheraphy started this morning and now to start doing te exercises that she gave me.

I got one exercise which I am happy about getting. I CAN KNIT AGAIN which is making me very happy. I can't do it for very long at a time but at least it's a start in the right direction.

I appreciate all the support that i have got and please know that until I'm back to normal i will continue to need the support.

Thanks again.

And support and ::::hugs:::: you shall GET, Darlene! I've just replied offlist with a little suggestion, but just remembered, afterward, oh and you do this for 5 minutes at a time, as many times a day as you can stand, AFTERWARD (what I suggested) dip your 'offending' hand in COOL water! slaps forehead for fogetting that part! Hugs, Noreen

Great news, Darlene. I'm sure you have already started to knit. LOL Enjoy, but don't over do it!

Hi

I actually started knitting last night and made a scarf with novelty yarn. It's great getting back knitting but it is very slow right now.
