Another one assimilated

One of the young women I work with has been interested in my bead work since we both started working at the fabric store. She studies my jewelry carefully and appreciatively. She just placed and received her first order of Swarovski crystals from one of the reputable US bead suppliers I recommended.

While blocking fabric yesterday we discussed her new beads, her plans for what she'll do with them and the purchase of future beads..

*deep contented sigh*

Now I have a rl person to bead with as well as all my lovely on line friends.

Not that I encouraged her for my own selfish reasons. I didn't. Seriously, I didn't.

Ok, I did. *hanging head in shame*

Now to introduce her to lampwork.....heh heh heh!

You wicked vixen! (I'm so proud, SO PROUD)

I know how it feels. Becki & I talked beads so much last night -- wallowing in her bead stash! -- that I almost got sick, and had to lie down immediately afterward or I might've barfed. (It was great) :-D
