Sue, This is awesome. Beautiful work. Carol in TN

I've finally got some pictures uploaded so you can see it. How are my fellow Vest knitters getting on? This was quite a challenge.

Wow, that is beautiful. Excellent work. DA

The vest looks great, Sue. What pattern did you use? Also, what pattern is the sweater that you made for your NYCO? I really like them both.

Janise

Thanks Janise. Both designs come from the Best of Knitters Arans and Celtics book, which has lots of lovely cabled and textured designs. I intend to make at least one more from it soon.

Sue, did you find many mistakes in the pattern instructions? I downloaded a bunch of corrections to XRX books. Thanks, DA

Hi DA, no, I didn't come across anything wrong on this pattern or Guernsey gals. I can't vouch for any of the other designs though. Did you find the corrections on the Knitters website? I couldn't see any.

Congratulations! I'm extremely impressed. I remember looking at the pattern and thinking it would take me forever to do. I'm curious to know if you had to enlarge the pattern on a copier as I know I would have to.

Sue, here is the link for the XRX corrections to both Knitter's Magazine and XRX books.

Congratulations, Sue, this is just beautiful!!! AUD ;-)

Wow, I am impressed! How long did it take you to finish? I don't think I'd have the patience!

Hi Sue,

That is beautiful. You sure have a lot more patience then I do.

Hugs,

Nora

A challenge, but well worth it, looking at these results! It is lovely

Sue, that looks like it was so hard to do, but it turned out so great !
