Mountains too, so I could revel in their beauty and know that some things are bigger than us all...and somewhere cooler than Florida. And I absolutely must have bead stores nearby. ;-)

Nicole -- yes, I have always thought you rocked. Are there fires any where near you? One thing I like about Ohio is that it rarely catches on fire, unlike the western half of the United States. Never been to Hawaii, but must say it was high on my list also. I ADORE NH and Maine, but it is freaking cold there and plenty cold right here right now. I'm thinking Florida.

well, Sacramento is at the junction of two major rivers. the fires don't usually get that close.

If I could go anywhere, I'd first say Colordao, because it's so beautiful there, but then I know in my heart I couldn't be far from the ocean.
So in rethinking, I'd have to say somewhere close to a beach with lots of fellow artisans. Preferably someplace that hasn't been built up into a mass of beehives filled with transplanted northerners.
